Dapa Atelier Ltd has completed the design of a luxurious four bedroom waterfront residence in Chelsea, creating an apartment that blends refined European elegance with contemporary London living. Located within a prestigious riverside building, the project by Dapa Atelier Ltd draws inspiration from the movement and atmosphere of the nearby River Thames, translating the surrounding landscape into a calm and sophisticated interior narrative.

The brief challenged Dapa Atelier Ltd to create a tranquil yet luxurious home that celebrates panoramic views across London while maintaining a sense of understated grandeur. Through careful spatial planning and meticulous craftsmanship, Dapa Atelier Ltd developed a layout that enhances light, openness and the visual connection to the river and skyline.

A calm tonal palette forms the foundation of the design. Soft neutrals are layered with accents of moss green and powder blue inspired by the surrounding landscape, while warm metallic finishes introduce depth and character. Dapa Atelier Ltd paired natural textures including Nuova marble, travertine stone and walnut with sculptural curved forms to establish a refined and fluid design language throughout the apartment.

The sense of arrival is carefully choreographed by Dapa Atelier Ltd with a floating walnut and marble console table accompanied by an organic curved mirror that introduces a spa like calm. Bespoke British made elements including the dining table and living area joinery play a central role in the composition, combining hand cut Carrara marble and brushed brass to create functional pieces that double as sculptural statements.

A defining feature of the residence is the seven metre wide joinery wall within the living space. Designed by Dapa Atelier Ltd, the installation incorporates hand painted timber, alabaster stone and brushed brass with integrated ambient lighting, echoing the architectural arches of the surrounding development.

Through layered materials, bespoke craftsmanship and a narrative inspired by the river landscape, Dapa Atelier Ltd has created a Chelsea residence that feels polished, tranquil and enduring.
