Perched within the iconic Faena Residences in Miami, Faena 14 exemplifies a sophisticated interpretation of the city’s vibrant character and contemporary luxury. Conceived and executed by FDG Design Group, the residence was designed for a distinguished jewelry designer whose appreciation for color, pattern, texture, and artistic expression served as the foundation for the project’s creative vision.

The design seamlessly integrates the refined elegance of the Faena flagship with the dynamic energy of Miami’s South Beach, resulting in interiors that are both luxurious and deeply personal. Working in close collaboration with the client, FDG Design Group developed a narrative that reflects her passion for fashion, art, and collectible design while maintaining exceptional comfort, functionality, and timeless appeal.

The project was further enriched through collaborative sourcing trips to Art Basel, where carefully selected artworks became integral to the overall design concept. These curated pieces transformed the residence into a living gallery, celebrating both the homeowner’s individuality and Miami’s thriving creative culture.

Throughout the home, bespoke furnishings, distinctive textiles, and meticulously selected accessories create a harmonious dialogue between artistic expression and everyday living. Polished finishes, warm metallic accents, and jewelry-inspired detailing subtly reference the client’s professional background, introducing layers of refinement and glamour. The family room, anchored by a striking blue sectional and an eclectic gallery wall, offers an inviting setting for gathering and relaxation, while the bedrooms feature layered patterns, tactile materials, and custom details that provide unique, welcoming retreats for guests.
