Samantha Bartlett Interiors has completed a comprehensive refurbishment of a family residence, delivering a sophisticated transformation that combines bespoke craftsmanship, intelligent spatial reconfiguration and timeless contemporary luxury.

Tasked with reimagining the existing property, Samantha Bartlett Interiors sought to enhance the home’s original architectural character while creating interiors that support modern family living. The design focused on elevating every room through thoughtful planning, premium materials and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a residence that feels both elegant and deeply personal.

Central to the project was a careful balance between preserving the property’s charm and introducing refined contemporary interventions. Samantha Bartlett Interiors curated a palette of rich natural materials, bespoke joinery, exquisite stone surfaces and layered lighting schemes to establish warmth, texture and continuity throughout the home. Every design decision was made to ensure the interiors remained understated while expressing a quiet sense of luxury.

The entrance hall was completely reconfigured to provide a memorable arrival experience, with bespoke cabinetry delivering both practical storage and architectural refinement. Samantha Bartlett Interiors also transformed the drawing room and family room into welcoming spaces designed to accommodate both entertaining and everyday life.

A significant redesign of the principal suite saw the ensuite bathroom relocated to create a luxurious dressing room inspired by the atmosphere of a boutique hotel. Elsewhere, an additional bedroom was converted into a private suite for the client’s son, complete with a bespoke walk in wardrobe and an elegantly appointed ensuite, providing both independence and comfort.

Throughout the property, Samantha Bartlett Interiors integrated handcrafted furniture, custom cabinetry and carefully selected finishes that create a seamless dialogue between architecture and interior design. Layered lighting highlights original features while enhancing the atmosphere from day through to evening, and upgraded services with energy efficient technologies ensure the home performs as beautifully as it looks.
