The Regalia 18th Floor Residence designed by Charles Allem is an exquisite example of sophisticated coastal oceanfront living which exudes opulence, luxury, and evokes tranquility.
As you step out of the elevator, you are greeted by beautiful art work floating on sandy taupe linen wall panels leading you into the residence. Hand-finished natural wood floors in a similar sandy taupe color and a neutral architectural palette provide a muted backdrop for the iconic elements throughout the residence.

Once inside, the open flowing floor plan and spectacular ocean views provide a serene sanctuary for owners and guests and an ideal setting for entertaining. The oversized silk & wool area rug designed by Charles Allem embodies the sophistication and natural palette of the surrounding environment and creates the perfect base for layers of stunning furnishings and luxurious materials. The dining and great room walls are finished with upholstered leather panels and the stone surfaces throughout this magnificent beachfront home are honed to emphasize the sophisticated comfort felt through every detail.

The spacious kitchen continues the natural color palette and is fitted out with top-of-the-line cutting edge appliances. A warm and intimate breakfast area provides a casual respite from a more formal dining.

The master spa bath features a freestanding oval tub where you can enjoy beach views. An expansive double vanity and an oversized shower with teak slat floor are just a few of the wealth of amenities to be enjoyed in this impressive space.
