Rather than altering the established architectural identity of the development, DT Mimarlık retained the existing exterior character and principal structural divisions, focusing instead on reorganising the interior programme and strengthening the relationship between the house, terraces, pool, landscape and expansive sea views.
A key objective was to centre the owners’ daily life on the entrance level. The original bedroom arrangement was reconfigured into a private suite comprising a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room with its own bathroom and study. Combined with the kitchen, living areas and guest facilities, this creates a complete single-level living environment. The upper floor accommodates guest bedrooms and an intimate lounge beneath the pitched roof, where a new opening establishes a visual connection with the main living room while framing the sea view. The lower level houses a cinema room, sauna, service and technical areas, with direct access from the enclosed garage.
