Autoban has brought a vision of refined living to Dubai with Al Manara Villa, a five bedroom sanctuary in Jumeirah where regional heritage converges with contemporary luxury. Conceived as both a private retreat and an entertainer’s haven, the villa extends across 15,100 square feet, merging the atmosphere of a resort with the intimacy of family life.

The design by Autoban responds to the region’s geography, climate, and cultural traditions, unfolding as a narrative that balances restraint and drama. A modest façade conceals a dramatic double height atrium, where floating stone-clad walls and a tranquil water feature set a tone of calm discovery. Indoor and outdoor life is seamlessly integrated through pivoting mechanisms and lift-and-slide glazed doors, allowing shaded interiors to flow into lush gardens, a pool, and outdoor dining areas.

Autoban’s modular approach combines precision craftsmanship with organic warmth. Textured plaster walls, hand-finished joinery, custom furnishings, and tactile upholstery create layers of sensory richness, while curated art and bespoke furniture elevate the interiors into a gallery-like experience. Bedrooms function as quiet retreats, while the layout accommodates multi-generational living and full-time staff, ensuring privacy and conviviality coexist.

The villa is also a study in contextual integration. Native desert flora, custom perforated mesh referencing traditional screenwork, and artisanal plaster finishes root the home in its local setting, while advanced acoustic systems, engineered hardware, and precision carpentry guarantee comfort and performance. Every element, from the sculptural aged surfaces to the seamless continuity of stone, wood, and fabric, reflects Autoban’s philosophy of coherence and connoisseurship.
