JP Interiors Design has unveiled its latest project, Villa Bionica, a 1400 m² private residence located in the Moscow region. Designed by interior architect Ekaterina Yakovenko, the project reflects JP Interiors Design’s fully integrated approach to architecture, interior, and landscape, guided by the principles of biomorphic design and seamless spatial flow.

From the earliest planning stages, JP Interiors Design worked closely with the architectural and construction teams to realise the client’s vision of a contemporary home with fluid, organic lines and cutting edge technical systems. One of the key interventions was the replacement of the original brick façade with dolomite stone, ensuring a harmonious connection between the exterior and interior finishes.

Villa Bionica’s ground floor features an expansive open plan living area, a professional chef’s kitchen, a gym, and a luxurious spa zone complete with a 15 meter overflow pool, hammam, and sauna. The upper floor accommodates five en-suite bedrooms with dressing rooms and a private office. JP Interiors Design curated a refined palette of natural materials, sculptural forms, and bespoke furnishings to unify the living spaces.

Interior finishes were thoughtfully selected, including Fior di Bosco marble, semi-precious Crystallo onyx from Henge, and rare granites, complemented by custom suede effect wall treatments and bronze toned brass detailing. A state-of-the-art Smart Home system ensures seamless control over lighting, climate, and ventilation.

Furniture and lighting from prestigious Italian brands such as B&B Italia, Poltrona Frau, Turri, Henge, and Ceppi, along with bespoke pieces and curated artworks, complete the residence. With Villa Bionica, JP Interiors Design has created a refined, technologically advanced, and emotionally resonant home where design, function, and atmosphere exist in perfect balance.
