Authentically rustic, relaxed and elegantly refined, the design of Elusa Winery is a fresh honest expression of the vineyard lifestyle with inspiration rooted in the property’s connection to nature and its idyllic setting in a world-class locale.

The winery, which produces the highest quality wines made from grapes sourced within the organically farmed estate and local vineyards, has been the central feature of the ownership’s vision for the resort for some time. Winemaker, Thomas Rivers Brown, has been carefully crafting wines since the 2012 vintage in preparation for formal release to commemorate the winery’s opening. The winery spaces are adjacent to a state-of-the-art barrel room and wine production space where guests are invited to explore and observe firsthand the wine production, storage and aging processes.

The interior space underscores the relaxed and hassle-free lifestyle with a series of furniture groupings that afford guests a variety of ways to experience the space. Soaring double height vaulted ceilings are supported by large white trusses with crisp metal joinery. Fresh white walls with vertical planking, complement warm wood millwork features to showcase the array of wines. Above the oversized banquettes that flank the entrance is a feature gallery wall, grouped into combinations that celebrate and explore the storied history of the property and how it evolved to the modern day Elusa brand. The space remains bright throughout the days with oversized windows and an inviting palette of warm whites, natural oak and walnut, oil rubbed bronze metals, neutral fabrics with rich textures, and a pop of mustard leather throughout.
