The concept of Pani Aventura was the first USA based outpost of a well recognised hospitality brand in South America. The owner had developed a spirit of her brand over the course of 10 plus units already in play and provided Bigtime Design Studios creative leeway to execute this flagship multiple.

As a critical brand mission, the owner wanted each location to be local and authentic and collaborate with different designers to ensure a local touch with an authentic interpretation of her brand. With this, there is a colour and sensibility that, in a sophisticated Willy Wonka-way, almost feels that the cakes have come to life through the interior design. Every location is different, however the sophisticated yet whimsical nature of the palate and finishes are what help make each space feel animated. Another brand mission was to surprise their guests with creative and innovative design. This is achieved by incorporating the colorful nature of the brand and crafting an interior in the same sculpted fashion with which they create the food. By traditional standards there are no standards.

The eclectic palate is a combination of pastels along with fantasy-like elements which are soft, yet lively, representing a calm and vibrant spirit to the interior. The interior is crafted as if you woke from an airy dream, filled with sweets, treats, baubles and beads. As the space is demur, the interior is anything but. The mash up of finishes, colours and curated custom design cues create an energy and initial design dislocation which feels totally connected when assembled. The sheer combination of disparate design styles come together to create a space that just makes you smile. The juxtaposition of traditional and modern blends seamlessly, but the standout is the immersive design wow, wonder and surprise to see such an eclectic mix of styles harmonising. A calming palette that feels vaguely familiar yet is new and unique, just like the bakery goods.
