The XT EKKAMAI condominium is a new lifestyle condominium for the Millennials who enjoy the high life, hungry for new and unique experiences, work smart & play harder and eager to extend themselves to extraordinary. The clients can complete a ‘lifestyle test’ to get a personalised layout that fits their needs and lifestyle.

This new concept series will firstly be launched in 3 hot locations all over Bangkok with more to come. And for the first time featuring a sharing of facilities concept; the residents have access to all facilities at any locations under this series either co-working space room, lounge or gym at any time they need to without having to return back to their own building. And Ekkamai is the first location to be launched for the XT Series with the total project value of 110,000,000 USD.

The design concept was derived from the brief targeting niche millennials who have bold, distinctive, and unique personalities. The main lobby was challenging with series of 5-meter-long columns separating the huge lobby into rooms, so we created 5-different private lounge tucked between columns.

Each lounge is reminiscent of a bustling café like design. One strong solid colour from floor to ceiling gives the area a bold character, and the furniture integrates a mixed colour palette. The main lobby space is covered in a fluted warm white which embraces the surrounding hues.

All of the amenities in this building are vibrant in design with a contrast of modern art and rustic and vintage props adding a warmth to the ambience. The rooftop lounge can be served for private party with curved glass floor to façade overlooking the sky pool, sunset and Bangkok skyline with a glass of champagne.
