La Palma Restaurant draws inspiration from its Italian surroundings and remains grounded through its connection to nature. Featuring bespoke furniture pieces by the designer, Eva Khoury, the unique interiors engage a sense of exploration that is perfectly suited to a resort dining experience whilst keeping a welcoming atmosphere.

Eva Khoury’s designs integrate functionality with beauty, whilst ensuring that each is adapted to its purpose and context. La Palma Restaurant can host up to 250 covers, and features ‘Made in Italy’ as a prevailing motif across the interiors, with a lot of artisan works and local pieces where possible. It also draws its colour palette and design elements from its immediate surroundings, translating the luscious greens of the Tuscan pine forest into a warm and elegant dining setting. As a more direct reference to this, the buffet area is made from the mountain stone that is close to the resort. There were numerous artisans and trusted suppliers that worked with Eva to elevate the project, including Ananbo who supplied the distinctive wallpaper.

The vibrant and eclectic style of the interiors mirrors that of the food served. It is a modern space filled with bespoke designs, with each element having been highly considered to suit the space and location. The earthy colour palette is combined with a mixture of textures and finishes; such as the contrast in rounded shapes and straight lines, and integrated lighting to evoke a sense of exploration and intrigue that has been tailored to its position within the Riva Del Sole Resort.
