The Woodward, Geneva’s first all-suite hotel, has been masterfully reimagined and transformed by PYR into a modern classical five-star urban retreat.

Located in the heart of Geneva in a historic post-Haussmann style building on Quai Wilson, The Woodward Geneva features an exceptional location with views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The property has been entirely renovated by Pierre-Yves Rochon with 26 spacious suites in a refined, contemporary style. Featuring two gourmet restaurants led by Michelin-star chefs Olivier Jean and Alain Verzeroli, as well as a Guerlain Spa, The Woodward offers the most discerning of traveler a warm welcome that is both glamorous and authentic.

The guestroom experience at The Woodward is perhaps the hotel’s pièce de resistance, delighting guests with an instant feeling of residential warmth, as if welcomed into a luxurious apartment on the lake. All 26 guestrooms are suites. Flooded with daylight, each suite features an uplifting and carefully layered palette of creams, beiges, and browns, along with a sophisticated mix of pale blues, greens, grays and celadon that echo the changing reflections along the surface of Lake Geneva. Outfitted with Christian Liagre furniture and a Baccarat crystal chandelier, guests are treated to the finest of European design and artistry.

Embodying a sense of Geneva’s spirit and heritage through the thoughtfully crafted interior experience that honours its history, culture, and natural landscape. The classical body of the hotel has been balanced with contemporary European furnishings, rich finishes, and an elegant palette of creams, blues, and greens that echo the soothing tones of the surrounding mountains and lake.

The Woodward has been designed as more than just a hotel, as it is infused with the residential comfort of a “hôtel particulier”, or a private French mansion, where no corner has gone untouched and every space has been given distinct character with bespoke furnishings, hand-crafted design details, and rare art collections. It is designed as a spectacular home on the lake, with a mix of hand selected and personally curated items throughout a life of travel.
