After just four weeks of renovation, the Zum Verwalter hotel and restaurant was transformed by seamlessly blending the building’s historic half-timbered construction with modern design elements.

The restaurant area was one of the main focuses of the renovation. The reception area, breakfast furniture, and bistro were redesigned to create a comfortable and elegant dining experience. The bistro area was transformed with the addition of a leather bar, adding a sophisticated and contemporary feel to the space. The new upholstered furniture, curtains, and lighting all contribute to the cohesive and harmonious atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the most significant changes in the restaurant area was the replacement of the old parquet floor with a new one. The new floor not only looks stunning but also reveals the building’s original construction, adding to the historic charm of the space. The architect’s keen eye for detail has resulted in a space that feels much more spacious and comfortable than it did before.

Some areas of the restaurant were painted white to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere that complements the historic elements of the building. The existing built-in furniture was also repainted in RAL 9010 and equipped with air conditioning units, adding to the comfort of the space. The architect’s choice of colour and materials creates a cohesive and welcoming feel throughout the restaurant. The designer’s attention to detail is evident throughout the space. Even the lampshades and curtains were carefully chosen to create an ambiance that is both inviting and refined. The walls that were adapted to the old house were painted with a white panel wall, and all of the colourful rooms were painted in RAL 9010 to create a brighter and more inviting atmosphere.

The transformation of the “Zum Verwalter” hotel and restaurant is a testament to the architect’s skill and expertise. By blending old and new design elements, the architect has created a space that feels both timeless and contemporary. The restaurant’s renovation has elevated the dining experience for its patrons, offering them an ambiance that is sophisticated and welcoming. The designer’s vision and attention to detail have resulted in a space that truly represents the best of modern design while preserving the building’s unique heritage.
