DAY Group, the investor in collaboration with Designist, the innovative design firm behind the Marriott Executive Apartments in Fulya, Istanbul, has crafted a harmonious blend of modernity and nature-inspired aesthetics. Situated amidst the vibrant surroundings of Nisantasi and Sisli, this 12-storey building houses 76 apartments, each exuding a serene ambiance and a distinct charm.

Drawing inspiration from the historic Linden Kiosk and its lush garden, the designer has seamlessly integrated elements of nature into the project. The majestic Gingko Biloba tree, a rare treasure in Istanbul, serves as a focal point, influencing not only the colour palette but also the organic shapes adorning the walls.

The colour scheme, ranging from vibrant greens to soothing yellows and whites, mirrors the seasonal transformation of the Gingko leaves, infusing vitality and balance into the living spaces. Simple yet stylish furniture and carefully curated lighting fixtures enhance the ambiance, offering guests a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

Recognizing the growing preference for long-stay accommodations over traditional hotels, the designer has prioritised cosiness and homeliness in their design approach. By combining minimalist elegance with cleverly integrated functionality, they have created a space where guests can feel truly at home.

In a bid to further personalise the experience, each apartment features unique, handmade art pieces and work from the ceramic studio Sahici Atelier. These original artworks add a touch of exclusivity, transforming each space into a haven that feels distinctly personal to its occupants.

Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating spaces that resonate with the needs and desires of modern travellers, the designer has redefined the concept of long-stay hospitality at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Istanbul Fulya.
