Bishop Design has taken the reins in creating a remarkable dining experience at Duo Gastrobar, an innovative venture headed by culinary virtuosos Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov, the masterminds behind DUO Band. In a unique move for the UAE, this all-male operated restaurant brings its international charm from the streets of St. Petersburg to the vibrant neighborhoods of Dubai, marking the duo’s debut beyond the Russian borders.

Seizing the monumental opportunity to design the duo’s first international venue, Bishop Design embraced the challenge of creating something extraordinary. Aligned with the brand’s manifesto, emphasizing a ‘sincere interest in every guest,’ the design directive was clear—to shape a welcoming haven that genuinely cares for its patrons. Bishop Design’s philosophy, rooted in creating timeless and inviting spaces, aimed to forge an ambiance of elegance, warmth, and accessibility, ensuring a space where everyone can revel in true comfort and sheer enjoyment.

Located in the heart of Dubai Hills Business Park, Duo Gastrobar serves as a harmonious bridge between upscale restaurants and casual cafes. It presents a space that effortlessly exudes style, modernity, and professionalism while prioritizing affordability and steering clear of overpricing. The establishment embodies an unwaveringly honest and sincere ethos, treating each guest with equal regard, whether a seasoned professional or a student enjoying a meal.
