Jeffrey Beers International was commissioned with the task of transplanting the heritage, ambiance, and essence of the renowned Williamsburg restaurant to the dynamic and theatrical milieu of Las Vegas, catering to an audience inclined towards adventure and immersive experiences.

The eminent Peter Luger Steak House is poised to establish its presence at Caesars Palace Las Vegas in 2023, marking its inaugural venture beyond the confines of New York. Having operated for over 135 years, Peter Luger holds the distinction of being the premier steak house in New York, esteemed by both local patrons and visitors alike.

This significant expansion, the first within the domestic landscape in more than six decades since its inception in 1887, heralds a momentous milestone for the establishment. The iconic ambiance reminiscent of a German beer hall has garnered global acclaim, serving as a preferred venue for familial gatherings, business negotiations, and commemorative festivities.

In pursuit of this endeavor, Jeffrey Beers International collaborated closely with the Turtel Family, stewards of the restaurant for four generations, to delve into the narrative, essence, and ethos of Peter Luger. The meticulous selection of materials and meticulous approval process for custom-designed lighting and furnishings underscored a commitment to authenticity. To pay homage to the restaurant’s origins, black-and-white photography capturing the essence of Williamsburg by contemporary artist Gregoire Abrial was curated and installed.

In catering to the preferences of the Las Vegas audience, emphasis was placed on accentuating key design elements such as opulent dark wood flooring and grand brass chandeliers to enhance dramatic effect. Additionally, the incorporation of an expo kitchen served to elevate the dining experience, offering patrons added entertainment and ambiance.
