Silverfox Studios designed the Gordon Ramsay Pub at The Londoner Macau to be a key feature of the Londoner development experience. Positioned prominently on the building façade, the pub offers an authentic London pub experience, anchored by the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Located adjacent to the main Londoner entrance and courtyard, with the Apple Store directly across, the pub enjoys a strategic and highly visible location.

The Sands Brief emphasised the bar aspect of the project, leading Silverfox Studios to focus on creating a gastro pub atmosphere rather than a traditional restaurant. The bar area features a variety of ceiling treatments that reflect the activities underneath, and it is divided into three distinct areas: the bar, the lounge, and the entertainment gallery. The bar itself wraps around the room, connecting with the lounge area. At a specific point where the bar curves, patrons get a glimpse into the kitchen, and this spot also serves as the food pass for the bar area.

The design allows for a smooth transition between the bar space and the restaurant, with the kitchen following the footprint behind and accessible from the main dining hall. The main dining hall features arches that correspond to the windows on the building’s exterior façade, enhancing the cohesive design. Silverfox Studios’ attention to detail and strategic layout ensure that the Gordon Ramsay Pub provides a memorable and authentic London pub experience within The Londoner Macau.
