Meyer Davis and EDG have redefined coastal luxury at the newly opened Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol, crafting interiors that are immersive, handcrafted, and deeply rooted in the spirit of Baja. The design is a seamless blend of artistry, culture, and modern sophistication, offering guests an experience that is both emotionally resonant and site-specific.

Drawing inspiration from the region’s landscape and cultural heritage, Meyer Davis and EDG collaborated with Mexican art consultants Uribe Krayer to curate a vibrant art collection that animates the resort with hand-painted ceramics, contemporary artworks, and pieces crafted by local artisans. The use of indigenous materials such as ojinaga stone, parota, and Mexican alder underscores a strong connection to place.

Meyer Davis shaped the guest rooms and spa with warmth and elegance, using natural textures, nuanced lighting, and regionally inspired design elements like architectural screens reminiscent of fishing nets and clay light fixtures from Taller LU’UM. Each room opens onto a terrace or balcony, immersing guests in the natural surroundings.

In the public areas, EDG created rich, expressive spaces that celebrate local identity. From the Mediterranean-inspired Palmerio restaurant to the vibrant poolside Coraluz and the rooftop lounge Sora, each venue tells a unique story through custom details and bold materials. Sora features a dramatic cantilevered firepit and a sculptural driftwood table, echoing the sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.

The lobby, designed as a residential living room, and La Casona Bar redefine arrival with comfort and charm. EDG’s Mercado and El Taller foster community and creativity, while the 360º Adventure Center evokes Baja’s adventurous spirit. Together, Meyer Davis and EDG have created a destination where luxury and authenticity meet, delivering an experience that feels deeply personal and rooted in Baja’s coastal soul.
