Arrazuna, conceptualised by Social F+B By Design – A Specialist Studio of HBA, embodies the essence of the F&B brief, “A journey to the East, from the Arabian Peninsula to the Levant.” Spread across 2,052 square meters and perched 100 meters above Dubai’s streets, Arrazuna presents an elevated marketplace experience that blends cultural richness with modern innovation.

Designed to align with the vision of award-winning Chef Mehmet Gürs, the space is a vibrant food and beverage destination rooted in storytelling and a deep sense of place. The studio’s expertise shines through the intentional circulation design, guiding guests on a meandering journey reminiscent of bustling markets. Material choices, including terrazzo, timber parquet, and geometric carpets, evoke the charm of old-world roads while contrasting beautifully with The Link’s industrial architecture.

Functionality is seamlessly integrated with aesthetic appeal. Timber acoustic panels and copper-coloured aluminium strips enhance sound control while adding textural beauty. Organic, steel-framed roofs inspired by sand dunes, clad in timber veneer and polished Perspex, serve both as exhaust solutions and striking sculptural elements. Thoughtful BOH connectivity and concealed storage ensure operational efficiency without compromising design integrity.

Collaborations with LED Control and UAP brought key elements to life. The Bridge of Love was transformed into a vibrant art installation with advanced lighting, energising the marketplace below. Sculptural ceilings and cluster roofs, realised with precision, further reflect the studio’s innovative vision. By harmonising tradition with modernity, Social F+B By Design creates a dynamic, culturally immersive experience that defines Arrazuna’s identity within The Link.
