Archebiosis Architects delivered a contemporary destination hotel conceived as a cohesive, multi-level hospitality environment that balances architectural ambition, operational performance and community use. The brief called for a vibrant large-scale venue serving as a social and cultural hub for the growing South West Sydney community, offering diverse hospitality, entertainment and community experiences within one landmark setting.

The interiors accommodate casual dining, family-friendly areas, sports bars, multiple bars, a rooftop restaurant and bar, cinemas, children’s facilities and community spaces including a BBQ area for local clubs. Each program functions independently while remaining visually and spatially connected, ensuring clarity, comfort and intuitive navigation across a highly active venue.

A consistent yet flexible material palette, layered lighting and strong spatial hierarchy create cohesion at scale while allowing each zone to express its own identity. Finishes, furniture and detailing were selected for durability and long operational hours without compromising warmth or refinement. Seamless indoor and outdoor connections support year-round use, supported by careful resolution of acoustics, circulation, ventilation and services.

Planning centres on a dramatic atrium that organises movement, enhances wayfinding and reinforces visual links between dining, bars, entertainment and rooftop areas. Colour and texture define zones, guide flow and shape atmosphere within a unified material language. Through close collaboration with specialist joiners, lighting designers and trades, custom joinery, feature lighting and integrated signage were resolved to withstand heavy use while maintaining a refined aesthetic, creating a destination that is ambitious, welcoming and deeply community focused.
