Mediterranean-inspired luxury suites overlooking the Pacific Ocean are reimagined through a seamless blend of coastal California ease and Regent’s refined residential elegance. At the core of the design vision by Wimberly Interiors for Regent Santa Monica Beach is a collection of specialty suites—luxurious, narrative-driven environments that reinterpret coastal hospitality through a sophisticated Mediterranean lens. Situated along one of the world’s most celebrated shorelines, near Santa Monica’s iconic pier, these suites are conceived to provide an immersive guest experience reminiscent of an elegant sea voyage.

The most expansive and exclusive suite evokes the essence of life aboard a private yacht, articulated through refined architectural detailing, oceanic color palettes, and bespoke materials that reference nautical craftsmanship and the tranquility of open water. Complementing this flagship offering, four additional Mediterranean-inspired design schemes unfold across the remaining suites.

The French Riviera concept introduces a striking blue-and-white palette enriched with hand-painted wallcoverings, bleached oak, lacquered finishes, and marble flooring, capturing the glamour of Saint-Tropez. An Amalfi Coast-inspired scheme layers honed, veined marbles with lush tones and botanical motifs, recalling the villas and gardens of Portofino and Ravello. The Aegean design emphasizes sunlit simplicity through bleached woods, terrazzo surfaces, crisp whites, and vibrant accents. Meanwhile, the Andalusian scheme features deep hues, leather-wrapped walls, walnut millwork, and verdant marbles, reflecting the warmth of coastal Spain.

While aesthetic narrative remains central, operational functionality and sustainability guide the design. Durable, eco-conscious materials and energy-efficient systems ensure longevity without compromising luxury. Generous layouts, abundant natural light, and panoramic ocean views further enhance a serene, residential atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity.
