Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, situated just south of Alicante in the region of Valencia, delivers “a world apart” experience for its guests and residents. The 330 hectare exclusive residential community boasts stunning new properties and world class attractions, including an 18 hole Troon managed championship golf course, golf academy with cutting edge technology, gymnasium, tennis and padel academy, trails through 200,000 square metres of natural woodland, an International School of Falconry, and an ocean front private beach club.

World renowned landscape architect, Cabell B. Robinson, designed the distinctive par-71, 6,973 yard championship course, ranked amongst the Top 100 golf courses in Europe. The Troon managed course boasts perfectly manicured fairways and ideal putting surfaces, set in a spectacular natural landscape, surrounded by 10,000 hectares of Mediterranean woodland, and with views of the nearby coastline. Las Colinas’ clubhouse, with a classic exterior design by RTKL Associates, and modern interior by Pepe Leal, one of Spain’s most accomplished interior designers, houses the exclusive UNiK CAFÉ and famous Japanese restaurant: enso sushibar.

The new Enebro Community: A series of eleven detached villas set in the heart of Las Colinas, overlooking the 2nd and 8th holes of the golf course, and with views towards the sea.
