The Residences symbolises the epitome of luxury and sophisticated living without compromising the level of residential comfort that the residents yearn when they are away from home. In other words, a “Home more than Home”. The design objective is to provide a “Home more than Home” with a feeling of belonging, which one cannot find in hotels. One will feel very much at home with facilities that one needs in one’s lifestyle. This allows one to live like a resident instead of a guest. The bright and airy structures of the rooms are all done beautifully in soft tones of brown, beige and white. The lounge at level 48 known as “163 Lounge” sits atop crowning the building. Residents can immerse in the best unobstructed breath-taking view of Kuala Lumpur facing KL Tower and and Petronas Twin Towers.
The comfort, warmth and tranquillity surrounding adds to this “at home” feeling. Residents will enjoy modern and stylish lifestyle as all units are fully fitted with top of the range amenities and equipment. Within the property, extensive glazing ensures that the interior will be streamed with natural sunlight thus creating a sense of space.
