Sands Corporation proudly unveils its latest masterpiece: a luxury high-end Cantonese restaurant for guests that wish to enjoy premium Cantonese cuisine within the luxurious confines of a world class Michelin One Star restaurant. Combining the essence of ‘Dining by the Lake’ and ‘Dining by the Forest’, the restaurant boasts a stunning amalgamation of experiential concepts. Inspired by the traditional Chinese courtyard dwelling, the ‘Siheyuan’, the restaurant exudes elegance with its multi-layered structure offering enchanting views of gardens and ponds.

At the heart of the design challenge lay the task of seamlessly blending the outdoors with the indoor dining experience. This was ingeniously resolved through a grand skylight, casting ever-changing natural light into the main dining room, imbuing each moment with the ambiance befitting lunch or dinner.

The private dining rooms elevate the experience with a ‘Dining in the Garden’ ambiance, accentuated by contemporary floral paintings that evoke joy and relaxation. However, the pinnacle of this culinary journey lies in the contemporary Tasting Room, a stage where Chef and cuisine take centre stage. Here, a sleek pendant hangs overhead, reminiscent of ancient temple aesthetics, while the Chef orchestrates culinary magic.

Adding to the allure are the ‘Chrysanthemum’ and ‘Plum’ dining rooms, each adorned with bespoke lanterns which suspend in the centre of 16-foot-high ceilings.

The restaurant’s façade, a testament to the concept of the Siheyuan, commands attention, inviting guests into its walled estate. As guests traverse through the entrance, they are welcomed to select their own tea pot out of a custom twelve-piece collection, enriching their journey with personalised narratives.

The interior exudes an aura of outdoor splendor, accentuated by natural plants, delicate finishes, and unique textures. Semi-transparent silk fabric screens, featuring the exquisite landscape painting by ‘Li Chang Tien’, offer privacy to each dining nook while enhancing the theatrical allure of the space.

Sands Corporation has crafted not just a dining establishment, but a sanctuary where culinary artistry and architectural brilliance converge to create an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
