Instead of heavy and rigid solar panels, the Sunreef 80 Eco uses some of the market’s most efficient cells in its bodywork, making it also visually appealing to an increasingly aware customer base. The catamaran also recovers energy from the passive rotation of her two propellers when the boat is sailing. The yacht’s hull’s shallow draft means that yacht can have a smooth motion at sea when propelled with electric engines.
