Minimal Studio approaches P47 as a contemporary residence conceived as a living gallery, challenging the conventional idea of domestic space through a calm and immersive architectural language. Across three levels, the five-bedroom home incorporates a private gym, cinema room and elevator within a coherent spatial narrative. The studio’s ambition is to create continuity and visual calm, allowing architecture, light and materiality to shape the experience of everyday life.

The International Design & Architecture Awards 2026
A restrained monochromatic palette establishes the foundation of the interiors, with floors, walls and ceilings sharing a neutral tonality to create a unified architectural canvas. Minimal Studio introduces bronze aluminium, umbra glass and American walnut with precision, adding warmth, depth and tactility without compromising the purity of the composition. The resulting environment avoids unnecessary contrasts and decorative excess, instead allowing subtle details, proportions and material transitions to emerge.
Light is central to Minimal Studio’s approach, with natural and artificial illumination carefully considered to create smooth transitions and reinforce spatial continuity. Reflections, shadows and material textures become architectural tools, transforming the atmosphere throughout the day. Large openings and transparent elements strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior, while the neutral palette allows changing daylight and environmental conditions to become part of the living spaces.
The studio’s pursuit of precision extends into every aspect of the project, requiring close collaboration between architects, craftsmen, manufacturers and specialist contractors. Custom bronze aluminium detailing, umbra glass, American walnut joinery and carefully controlled lighting demanded meticulous coordination and craftsmanship. Specialist finishing was equally important, as the monochromatic interiors leave little room for imperfection. Through this rigorous approach, Minimal Studio creates a residence defined by permanence, serenity and timelessness, where simplicity becomes a source of richness and every element contributes to a cohesive spatial experience.
