MM Interior Design reimagined the bridal suite as a contemporary luxury retreat, designed to enhance one of life’s most memorable occasions while complementing the hotel’s four-star offering. The design carefully balances timeless elegance with modern sophistication, creating an environment that feels exclusive, relaxing and appropriate for celebration.

Warm timber panelling, bronze detailing and a soft neutral palette establish an inviting sense of warmth, while bespoke lighting, layered textures and a statement feature fireplace introduce character and intimacy. The spacious bedroom transitions seamlessly into an open-plan lounge, providing a versatile setting for bridal preparations, photography and post-celebration relaxation.

At the heart of the suite, the fireplace creates a refined architectural division between the bedroom and lounge without compromising the openness of the overall layout. This considered intervention allows the spaces to feel distinct yet connected, maintaining both intimacy and spaciousness.

The bathroom has been transformed into a spa-inspired sanctuary, incorporating large-format marble-effect porcelain, a sculptural freestanding bath, ambient LED lighting and premium brass fixtures. These elements create a luxurious guest experience while offering durability and ease of maintenance.

Throughout the project, MM Interior Design prioritised both aesthetic impact and practical functionality. Every material, finish and spatial decision was carefully selected to create a cohesive and enduring interior that delivers both emotional and commercial value.

The completed suite strengthens the hotel’s position as a premier wedding destination in Cork, providing couples with an elevated environment that reflects the significance of their celebration. Its combination of contemporary luxury, natural warmth and timeless detailing ensures long-term appeal, while the thoughtful layout supports the practical requirements of wedding couples, from preparation and photography to relaxation and intimate moments.
