A key move was the integration of the kitchen into the living area, forming a cohesive open plan environment. The kitchen acts as an architectural focal point, defined by marble countertops, travertine surfaces and bespoke joinery that continues throughout the apartment. Travertine wall cladding, marble flooring and warm timber joinery establish a timeless palette that responds to the natural light entering through floor to ceiling glazing.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were fully customised, while a dedicated study benefits from uninterrupted panoramic views. A wraparound terrace extends the living space outdoors, embracing the climate and Marina outlook.
MWM Studio’s approach is defined by craftsmanship and precision. Intricate joinery transforms functional elements into sculptural features, while careful stone installation ensures consistency across surfaces. The design balances architectural clarity with material richness and spatial openness, allowing light to animate the interior throughout the day.
The result is an expansive yet intimate penthouse that captures contemporary luxury living in Dubai, offering a serene retreat set above the energy of the city.
