Villa Kovera
by Noon Design Studio

Noon Design Studio has approached the home with both elegance and practicality in mind. Within the majlis, two seating areas share one space, while movable furniture allows the room to adapt from formal entertaining to more intimate gatherings. Layered shades of green, from forest and sage to avocado, are paired with leather, lacquer, metal and marble, creating depth and visual interest without repetition. A compact kitchenette adjoining the family area was also created specifically for the lady of the house, allowing her to cook and bake while remaining connected to family conversations.

Personalisation continues throughout the villa, particularly in the children’s bedrooms, where a restrained foundation allows the spaces to evolve as the children grow. A central staircase positioned alongside an olive tree strengthens the relationship between architecture and nature, contrasting sleek lines with organic forms. This approach continues outdoors, with the deck and garden conceived as natural extensions of the interior rather than separate spaces.
