A strong emphasis on planning, proportion and spatial flow shaped every aspect of this luxurious family home. The project was guided by the belief that a home should be experienced through the seamless transition between spaces, with every room carefully considered in relation to the next.

To create a sense of continuity and stability, elegant chevron-patterned parquet flooring was installed throughout all three levels of the property. This consistent material palette reinforces the home’s balanced composition while enhancing the feeling of cohesion.

A floating staircase acts as a striking architectural feature, connecting the three levels while maintaining a light and airy appearance. The composition of a string railing, glass balustrade and black natural marble treads creates a sculptural focal point that balances solidity with transparency.

The result is a home defined by harmony, balance and sophistication. Careful planning, thoughtful dialogue and a focus on human movement through space have created an environment where aesthetics and functionality work together seamlessly, resulting in a refined and luxurious living experience.
