The hotel’s concept celebrates the rich legacy of the Golden Horn while embracing a sophisticated 21st-century lifestyle. The architectural and creative vision by Dayna Lee and Ted Berner draws inspiration from the forested hillsides once enjoyed by the Ottoman Sultans, reimagining the atmosphere of their summer palaces through beautifully curated gardens and refined hospitality spaces. Their design narrative honours Turkish history and craftsmanship while presenting an elegant interpretation for modern travellers.

The interior design, delivered by Powerstrip Studio, complements this vision through carefully curated spaces that seamlessly integrate contemporary luxury with the site’s historic fabric. Rich materials, bespoke furnishings, and thoughtfully displayed collections have been selected to reflect the cultural heritage of Turkey while providing a warm and sophisticated guest experience. Every interior has been designed with sensitivity to the surrounding historic stone walls, allowing the building’s centuries-old character to remain at the forefront.
