How would you describe your personal design style?
I would describe my personal design style as contemporary with subtle nods to classic influences, always layered with a sense of warmth and comfort. I believe in creating timeless interiors that balance elegance with liveability, ensuring spaces not only look beautiful but also feel inviting and personal to each client.

Where does your design inspiration come from?
My design inspiration first began during the years I spent living in South Africa, which truly sparked my fascination with interiors. Travel continues to be an important influence, as well as the rich and ever-evolving surroundings of London, both of which constantly provide fresh ideas and perspectives that I bring into my work.

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?
I’m delighted to see design moving away from the dominance of grey and towards a renewed fascination with colour. There’s a growing confidence in using richer, bolder palettes, which brings so much personality, warmth, and vibrancy back into interiors.

Name five key themes to consider when approaching design in the future. :
Sustainability, durability, longevity, functionality and style.

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to designing, what would it be?
My advice would be to really immerse yourself in each design decision, paying close attention to the details, and only move forward once you feel confident you’ve made the best choice. And most importantly, enjoy the process, as creating a home should be as rewarding as the finished result.

What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?
Over the next twelve months, our primary aim is to successfully deliver our ongoing projects to our valued clients. Alongside this, we want to continue enjoying the creative process with our team and celebrate the richness and innovation of the fascinating design industry we are part of.

Your most treasured possession?
My most valued possession is a painting left to me by my grandparents.

Your favourite way to spend an afternoon?
My favourite way to spend an afternoon is taking a long walk in the woods with my dogs, followed by relaxing by the fireside and watching a good movie. It’s the perfect way to unwind and recharge.

If you weren’t in this sector, what would you alternative profession be?
If I weren’t in interior design, I would have loved to work in jewellery design. The creativity, attention to detail, and ability to craft something personal and beautiful are aspects that strongly appeal to me.
