Floor-to-ceiling windows reinforce this connection, acting as a continuous backdrop that visually extends the interior toward the horizon while maintaining a strong dialogue between indoors and outdoors. The open-concept plan was carefully refined to preserve long sightlines and uninterrupted views, allowing water and sky to remain a constant presence throughout the home. Interior finishes echo these vistas through a palette of soft sands, weathered stone, layered neutrals, and subtle tonal variations inspired by shoreline textures and tidal movement. Rather than literal references, materials are abstracted to create a calm, tactile environment that feels organic and grounded.

Natural stone plays a prominent role, with dramatically veined marbles referencing the fluid movement of water. Wood millwork finishes and textured wall coverings introduce softness and depth, while custom textiles enhance the biophilic intent with quiet variation and comfort. Bespoke millwork, built-in cabinetry, and integrated architectural elements were designed to feel cohesive and restrained, allowing materials and views to take precedence. Features such as a custom stone bar, sculptural feature walls, and tailored ceiling treatments anchor the space with understated elegance.
