Studio Moren approached the scheme by working with the existing fabric rather than imposing a conventional hotel layout. The organisation of rooms follows the natural structure of the townhouses, allowing the experience of the hotel to unfold through a series of spaces shaped by their proportions, light and position within the building. Guestrooms are integrated within this framework, with bespoke joinery and thoughtful spatial planning ensuring modern functionality without compromising clarity.
At the centre of the design, Studio Moren established a single, unified public space organised around a brass detailed bar. This room acts as a social anchor, supporting a range of uses throughout the day while maintaining the intimacy associated with a townhouse setting. The absence of subdivision allows activity to evolve naturally, reinforcing a sense of continuity.
