Design Haus Medy approached the project with the ambition of capturing the spirit of the Versilia coast and reinterpreting it as a refined destination in Dubai. The concept centres on creating a seamless hospitality experience where every space contributes to a cohesive guest journey, balancing elegance, functionality and a strong sense of place. The design brings together the main dining room, Chef’s Table, Pasta Lab, Crudo Counter, bar and poolside retreat within a unified environment that reflects the timeless character of Tuscan coastal living.

The spatial layout has been carefully organised to guide guests naturally through each experience, with clear circulation and uninterrupted visual continuity connecting every destination. Public and private functions are thoughtfully balanced to maintain operational efficiency while preserving an immersive atmosphere throughout the venue. Back-of-house operations are discreetly integrated to support the smooth running of the restaurant while remaining fully aligned with Dubai Municipality food and beverage requirements.

A sculptural, white toned interior forms the foundation of the design language, using soft textures, gentle curves and a restrained palette to evoke the sophistication of the Mediterranean coastline. Culinary theatre is embedded within the experience through the integration of the Chef’s Table, Pasta Lab and Crudo Counter, encouraging interaction and celebrating craftsmanship as part of the dining journey. The transition between indoor dining and the sunlit poolside setting has been carefully considered, allowing the atmosphere to evolve effortlessly from relaxed daytime leisure to vibrant evening social dining.

The visual identity reinforces the architectural concept through a timeless serif and script language that reflects Italian heritage while complementing the refined spatial experience. Every design decision by Design Haus Medy contributes to an all day destination that delivers an immersive, multi sensory interpretation of Tuscan coastal living for design conscious guests seeking Italian sophistication, coastal cuisine, aperitivo culture and memorable hospitality experiences.
