The scheme is enriched with nautical details and elegant artwork, including a large commissioned piece depicting the owner’s South African hometown, from which the restaurant takes its name. Subtle Art Deco references in the lighting enhance the sophistication of the atmosphere, ensuring a chic yet relaxed ambiance. Even the restrooms carry the design language, with whimsical wallpaper and bespoke details such as a custom surfboard and framed print of Ernest Hemingway, adding charm without excess.
