Westport’s desire was to make this boat appealing to anyone in the market for a new yacht, attractive and well designed to ensure no one would have a reason not to buy it. The yacht needed to be appreciated for its good design and also be practical and easy to maintain, especially in this size range. Making the boat practical does not mean making it low value, however, it just means that it is more easily taken care of. Westport kept the quality high and paid careful attention to material compositions. When designing, they did not want to offend anyone with anything too flamboyant, bizarre or questionable.

Most yacht owners want to admire and retain the view from a yacht – this was definitely taken into account when designing. During the completion process, Westport Yachts put in as many amenities as one would expect to have on a yacht of this calibre and included enough accessories to make it attractive, but not to obliterate an opportunity for the new owners to put their own personal touches on the boat. A few well-placed accessories to complement the interior were considered but not so much that a possible owner would feel that they could not personalise it themselves.

Hull #2 is the new 125/38M series built on specification. The hull will be displayed at both the Miami and Palm Beach Boat Show in 2018.
