M/Y Urania is a wide-body, 49.4 Meter motor yacht with a streamlined superstructure. The flat panel antennas from Kymeta help to give the M/Y Urania a low centre of gravity and a very favourable aerodynamic coefficient, as well as this M/Y Urania also has a deep-vee hull with variable sections and fine ends, which in turn help stabilise the yacht for a smooth and peaceful cruise. The waterlines are CFD optimised for semi-planning speed range. To achieve this type of performance, the newest generation of Linear Jet-Drives from Voith GmbH are present, with improved fuel efficiency allowing a generous cruise range as well as a reduction in noise and vibrations throughout the cabin areas and main decks.

The interior panelling throughout the M/Y Urania is of a scented African Rosewood with red marble, back-lit Carrara white marble and accents of gold, all helping to surround the guests and crew in a unique vessel of luxury. The furniture from Italian brand Meridiani, helps create a home away from home for up to 12 guests and 9 crew. With al-fresco dinner for twelve on the upper deck, and two Jacuzzi tubs with sun shades on the flying-bridge, M/Y Urania is everything a luxury yacht should encompass and more.

All the decks are reached from a dumbwaiter to allow for efficient work flow and convenience. The sally-port land and the royal ladder are located on the starboard side of the yacht, granting on board access directly in the main lounge on the main deck, to allow the guests to enjoy their time on M/Y Urnaia from the moment they step foot on the yacht. The Yachts generously sized tender and array of toys are located at the bow of the Yacht, enabling easy access and departure when needed. A small garage is located at the transom to house the tender and toys.
