Evocative of a sophisticated Italian automotive style and featuring captivating design aesthetics, EIV seems more like a large sport coupé: sporty, elegant with excellent performance. Enrico Gobbi, of Team for Design, took inspiration from automotive design to draw new exterior details that underline the yacht’s masculine appeal, such as the grille on the bow which is typical of a sport coupé. EIV has many distinctive elements such as her timeless elegance, given by a well proportioned and slender silhouette, her references to natural elements which the designer cleverly transformed into stylist details and finally the dynamic appeal that the overall design conveys.

EIV is a boat made to measure for an American client, for this reason it is 100% compliant with US electrical systems and every machine or appliance is of US standard. As the yacht is going to operate in the US & Caribbean, this was an important aspect to consider when designing features, such as, an enhanced tropicalized air conditioning system for the Caribbean and glasses with UV filters to reduce the temperature of the sun.

Despite its sleek volume, EIV embodies an impressively spacious interior layout that accommodates eight guests in four spacious double cabins with en-suite facilities. The full beam master suite is located forward of the main deck and includes an enclosed private terrace on the starboard side. Once again, the ongoing transition between exterior and interior is guaranteed thanks to a functional feature, such as a private external space, cleverly enclosed in the superstructure.

In the main deck, the large owner’s cabin features a large bathroom and double wardrobes, sinks and backlit floors completely in onyx. There is an incredible wine cellar in the owner’s studio, a lobby completely in onyx with a crystal lift with a backlit floor in onyx. The dining area can be opened completely with onyx backlit on the floor, as well as the large glass windows in the saloon with double sliding doors in stainless steel.

On EIV the lighting design is an integral part of interior design, not only for a study or the design of the position of the lights but there is also the control by Lutron that allows to have several possible scenarios. The entertainment system is a fully integrated system built from Videoworks, managed by Crestron that interfaces with the Lutron lighting and home automation systems, with an enhanced audio system.

Class, energy, and style and have been perfectly combined in this grand project, which is impeccably distinctive and gently inviting. All these aspects successfully form a yacht that is difficult to imagine and build but unique to experience.
