Through the introduction of the only vinyl tile flooring concept in the industry, F/LIST® SYNTEC FLOORING eliminates the problems associated with vinyl rolls enabling OEMs, owners, and designers to create unlimited, bespoke floor design concepts, using individual rectangular or square tiles, or a combination of both.

The tiling concept is evolved from the award-winning F/LIST® STONE flooring product, which for the first time presented the option of installing marble, granite, and many other types of stone concept into the cabin and presents a unique solution to the challenges.

The SYNTEC tiles consist of a selection of pre-manufactured tiles that, with a multitude of finished looks emulating wood or stone textures, can be blended to create an endless palette of flooring designs. For owners with very specific needs, customised tiles can be manufactured to incorporate specific colours, patterns, or even brands. Endless design options in multiple prints and colours are available to meet the diverse design needs of the global business jet market.

Herringbone, squares, parquet, planking, combinations of exotic woods and stone textures combine seamlessly to provide looks that complement existing cabin interiors or reinvigorate older aircraft designs.

Each set of tiles is manufactured in-house to meet individual customer needs and is delivered to the aircraft as a complete set ready for installation. An individually compiled manual detailing the installation sequence and assembly is also delivered with each set to ensure tiles are laid in the correct sequence.

At a functional level, the genuinely innovative hook and loop connection linking tiles to the aircraft floor panels enables streamlined design changes, ease of repair should a tile be damaged, and re-installation where access to fuselage is necessary. Most significantly the ease of replacement minimises potential damage to surrounding monuments and reduces refurbishment costs.

The SYNTEC tiles are deceptively robust and durable, highly resilient to stains, water incursion, fungi, and is manufactured to flame retardant standards making them suitable for aircraft cabin interiors which have strict regulations around cabin materials and flammability.
