With unique, elegant lines that are combined with bespoke and luxurious materials, the design elements successfully unite the client and Rom Boats together. The exotic exteriors are matched only by their sumptuous interiors, unlike anything seen before in any other yacht under 14 metres. Balance and elegance form the core of Rom Boats’ philosophy and they believe that ‘one glimpse of our floating artwork will change the notion of motor yachts forever’.

The brief was for a clean and simple windshield shape, yet very distinctive among others. The brief also required an ergonomic and different solarium design, and characteristics that would deliver a very clean, minimalist, yet classic visual. These were the main ideas that Rom Boats wanted to see in ROM 28 concept.

ROM 28 has the type of design that appeals to lovers of the most classic boat designs as well as the enthusiasts of the most modern and minimalistic lines. Rom Boats believe this design is completely different from all existing yacht manufacturers. The inspiration for ROM 28 design came from the Portuguese ancestors of the 16th and 17th centuries naval designers, pioneers of the whole naval industry, for example, the bow angle.

ROM 28 has modern and minimalist design lines, sheer style, and an elegant silhouette. However, she also has a classic and timeless look that allows her to integrate smoothly in every environment and remain contemporary for the years to come.
