Project Name:  XTI TriFan 600

Date Completed: January 2020

Interior Designer: XTI Aircraft Company

Exterior Designer: XTI Aircraft Company

The revolutionary TriFan 600 is a major breakthrough in aviation and air travel.  The six-seat TriFan 600 will have the speed, range, and comfort of a luxury business aircraft and the ability to take off and land vertically, like a helicopter.  It will travel at 350 miles an hour, with a range of up to 1,000 miles.

Using three ducted fans, the TriFan lifts off vertically. Its two wing fans then rotate forward for a seamless transition to cruise speed and its initial climb.  It will reach 30,000 feet in just ten minutes and cruise to the destination as a highly efficient business aircraft.  Using existing landing pads and other infrastructure in existence around the world, as well as custom-designed landing pads, the TriFan will save passengers hundreds of hours a year because they will not have to travel on the ground to and from an airport.

XTI Aircraft Company have designed a spacious cabin will be custom for each owner and will include extensive optional configurations, including a lavatory.  Also, with its 38-foot wingspan and length of 40 feet (smaller footprint than a mid-size helicopter), it will be an extremely valuable accessory for any yacht which has a helipad, since it will provide three times the speed and four times the point-to-point range from yacht to land or yacht to yacht transportation.

Both interior and exterior designs of the TriFan 600 were accomplished by highly experienced designers who have spent decades designing other advanced technology “mobility” including business jets and race cars. XTI Aircraft Company believe that the design not only provides for vertical takeoff and landing, it is a “green” product because of its hybrid-electric propulsion system that is comprised of an internal turbine engine, three generators, batteries and electric motors.  This results in 40% fewer carbon emissions compared to a conventional airplane of the TriFan’s size, and a 30% noise reduction.
