Project “AP” is an exclusive, bespoke interior & exterior paint scheme concept design for a Gulfstream G650 business jet by Aurora Saboir Design. The goal was to create a unique atmosphere which reflects and integrates oriental elements in an elegant and sophisticated way. The concept presents bespoke furniture, light fixtures, and custom fabric designs – in order to create a one-and-only aircraft interior with a heightened level of branding placement integration.

In parallel with the interior concept design development -which is only visible for a very few – the exterior part of the Gulfstream G650 private jet also received its own “dress”. The fine combination of the colour emerald green and the smooth curves of mirrored surfaces are giving the jet an eye-catching outlook – wherever it may land. The additional request for a matching colouring with a vintage Ferrari 250 GTO ended up in a real power duo. A beautiful and unique result of high-end customisation and branding at its best.

The concept focuses on presenting new design solutions, shapes, materials and forms – at the very beginning of the design process the whole inner body of the aircraft was “cleared out” in the 3D space and Aurora Saboir Design re-designed, replaced or modified almost all previously built-in elements. The result is fresh, innovative and forward thinking.

The concept follows certain restrictions in terms of space and fixed installations; however, the design highlights some new solutions which can be further developed. Such as the modification of the interior divan, placing a completely new cabinet, modifying the centre legs of the tables, introducing new light fixtures, placing different seating solutions, using the cabin dividers as a surface for creative installations – all showcasing that the interior of an aircraft can be rethought or improved in an endless amount of ways.
