Born from a close collaboration and synergy with the owners who expressed their tastes, desires, and functional and layout needs, Rosetti’s 38M EXP is a fully custom yacht. The length overall is 38.15m, the maximum beam is 8.85m and the gross tonnage is 432. Its 700 square metres of space is divided almost equally between the interior and exterior on 4 decks (lower deck, main deck, upper deck and sun deck).

The yacht is designed to host 12 guests onboard in 5 cabins – 4 double cabins with 2 additional beds, and 1 owner suite. The exterior design is a reflection of the yacht’s functionality and reliability, which were the key priorities for the owners. The exterior profile is classic in proportion but contemporary in style with tense, angular lines. At the request of the owners, the windows and openings are as large as possible.

The entrance to the Owner’s Cabin begins with a private office area. It’s sleek design emerges from muted tones and contrasting textures. The interior design for this space draws comparisons with the contemporary, angular brief of the RSY 38m’s exteriors. Mirrored surfaces and large windows give the room a great sense of space. There is a fixed balcony that is accessible through a sliding glass door, as well as walk-in wardrobe and large His & Hers bathrooms.

The owners wanted a choice of materials and natural tones that transmit a muted but fresh ambience with Mediterranean accents. The furniture forms are characterised by clean and essential lines and the open-plan layout is divided into a succession of spaces that are emotionally diversified. Artisan skills across a range of specialities were crucial to obtaining refined finishes for the interiors and a high-quality level for the overall project.
