Solaris 111 CEFEA perfectly combines the comforts and luxuries of a much bigger yacht with the true performance of a racing yacht.

The owner grew up with boats, he had owned many of them and he always strived greater comfort and higher performance, which is not always easy to combine.

With the Solaris 111 CeFeA, he wanted to reach something far above what the current market is offering. The design brief was for an easy-to-handle cruiser with the true comforts normally found on motor yachts without sacrificing any performance. He was looking for an impressive race machine with the spaces and standards of a premium superyacht.

Relaxing on board, sailing with family and friends, and a general balanced recreational lifestyle were the most important aspects driving the design of CEFEA. The owner was very clear from the beginning: He wasn’t looking for a typical sailing yacht where performance meant sacrificing comfort. Rather he was striving for a yacht conceived around his personal preferences. For him, comfort was not an optionial aspect, and he desired generous spaces normally only found on a motor yacht.

The main feature the Owner was looking for was complete privacy. Along with the designer he had conceived a 40 sqm full beam master cabin with two separate well sized bathrooms and private access to the beach area. He can live on the yacht in full comfort without having to see anybody if he does not want to.

The deck design encompasses 2 clearly defined cockpits. The massive central cockpit becomes the focal point of social activities, while the very private aft cockpit enables the owner to enjoy complete privacy and undisturbed access to his cabin as well as the beach area.

The exterior design concept continues inside the yacht. Maximum comfort is achieved by keeping generously flowing and uncluttered interior spaces, far removed from the compressed feel of typical sailing yachts. The volumes and proportion of spaces are comparable to those normally found on Motor Yachts. The resulting yacht is simply stunning and incredibly fun to sail.
