The Gulfstream G400, with its emphasis on speed and spaciousness, raises the bar for interior design in the large-cabin business aircraft class.

Introduced in fall 2021, the all-new, large-cabin Gulfstream G400 marks the first entry into the large-cabin business-jet class in more than a decade. In Gulfstream’s Savannah, Georgia-based showroom the full-scale G400 cabin mock-up provides customers an innovative, immersive opportunity to experience the stunning cabin and its interior design that evokes the aircraft’s performance capabilities and interior flexibility while also enhancing the G400’s class-leading spaciousness.

The G400 was designed to reinvent 21st-century travel with 4,200 nautical-mile/7,780 kilometer range and 2 and a half living areas for up to 11 passengers. In the cabin, the Sport theme prevails through a contrast between soothing spacious tonal colours and textural patterns. The contrasting diagonal patterns in the carpet with its gray and charcoal tonal variances create a sense of speed and movement without stopping the eye, an interior nod to the aircraft’s long range, high speeds and fuel efficiency.

The G400 seat embraces both customer comfort and the high-performance interior design theme with the Gulfstream Sport seat architecture and its horizontal perforation reminiscent of high-performing automotive interiors. The play of contrasts continues across the cabin with a palette of cool gray and cream set against the Quarter Turtle Dove composite veneer with subtle beige tones that bring a balance of warmth to the otherwise cool palette. Modern black plating on the cabinetry and sidewall hardware provides further emphasis of the dynamic cabin design, punctuated by accents of chartreuse, steel and charcoal. The crisp white countertops in the galley and lavatories brighten those areas and tie in the cabin materials with their gray-vein accents.
