The Arksen 65 emerges as a concept vessel tailored for intrepid couples and families seeking unparalleled comfort and boundless adventure across vast oceans or intricate canal networks, all while boasting a sleek profile with a carefully calibrated air draft. This visionary design journey commenced with an unwavering focus on client needs and mission adaptability, unconstrained by preconceived yacht lengths.

Crafted to cater to the desires of adventurous souls craving owner-operated freedom, the Arksen 65 embodies a fusion of luxury and functionality, with a robust three-cabin layout comprising a double owners and VIP cabin complemented by a versatile twin guest cabin. The aft deck seating provides a large dining space with additional seat inlays for entertaining up to 8 people. With an impressive range spanning 3,700 nautical miles and a cruising capacity of 200 miles per day, this concept vessel promises uncompromised comfort and autonomy on the high seas.

Amenities abound aboard the Arksen 65, featuring a spacious bathing platform for seamless water access and stowage for a 3.5m tender, coupled with the crucial ability to safely dry out and maintain stability. Its adaptable air draft enables seamless navigation through rivers and canals, promising boundless exploration possibilities.

Propulsion options are equally versatile, ranging from efficient conventional systems to hybrid alternatives. The vessel’s interior design revolves around an expansive open-plan saloon area, offering flexible lower deck layouts tailored to accommodate diverse needs, from utility spaces to an owner’s study or below-deck galley.

Enhancing manoeuvrability, in addition to the helm station in the forward of the saloon is an additional raised helm and navigational station on the aft deck, providing optimal vantage points for navigating confined waterways. This design ethos extends beyond functionality, with careful attention paid to interior finishings and layout, ensuring a dynamic, functional, sustainable, and attractive living environment in both the materials used and in its on-going functionality and versatility of use.

Incorporating circular design principles from inception, including designing out waste, designing for easy maintenance and repair, reducing emissions through efficient hull design and careful material and systems selection. Furthermore, its innovative “Sea Time Pledge” encourages yacht owners to donate a portion of their vessels sea time to scientific research is something unique for a yacht manufacturer to promote, underscoring a commitment to both adventure and conservation.

With hybrid propulsion and solar array options, the Arksen 65 epitomises eco-conscious luxury, offering zero-emission operation in sensitive areas. Its bare aluminium exterior, while reducing environmental impact, underscores a meticulous attention to detail in fabrication and construction, elevating this concept vessel to the pinnacle of sustainable exploration.
