Exterior Designer: LDWO

The Hyperboat 66, conceived by the designer LDWO, is a 20-meter aluminum chase boat that redefines the relationship between marine and automotive design. Seamlessly integrating luxury, performance, and versatility, it serves as both a sophisticated standalone vessel and an ideal support craft.

LDWO approached the design with a clear objective: to evoke the thrill of piloting a supercar while delivering the elegance and utility of a premium yacht. The exterior lines reflect this vision, featuring sculpted contours, a planing hard chine hull, and distinctive elements such as a fixed windscreen and glass-paneled SeaBob lockers—drawing direct inspiration from the automotive world.

Constructed in marine-grade AA 5083 aluminum, the Hyperboat 66 boasts a lightweight yet robust structure. Performance is paramount, with propulsion options including triple MAN V8 1300 HP or dual MAN V12 2200 HP engines, enabling speeds of up to 64 knots. The Humphree Trim Interceptor system ensures optimal stability and control at high speeds.

Internally, the vessel balances comfort with sophistication. The insulated deckhouse, adorned with lacquered wood finishes, accommodates up to 12 guests in a refined atmosphere. Integrated features such as high-end marine displays, a premium sound system, and top-tier amenities enhance the onboard experience.

Customization options, including teak decking, metallic finishes, and an outdoor wet bar, offer owners a tailored approach. Key innovations such as glass-paneled SeaBob garages, an integrated crane, aft transformer, a glass engine window, and a retractable cockpit roof underscore the Hyperboat 66’s advanced design. These elements collectively enrich usability and elevate the yachting experience, positioning the Hyperboat 66 as a groundbreaking achievement in contemporary marine design.
