Greenpoint Technologies has introduced AeroSuite, a fully enclosed first-class suite designed to redefine long-range travel by combining the functions of a private bedroom and personal lounge within a single, integrated environment.

Developed for VVIP travellers and Heads of State operating large-cabin aircraft such as the BBJ 787, AeroSuite reflects a shift in premium aviation towards privacy, space and residential-level comfort. Rather than adapting conventional first-class seating, Greenpoint Technologies has created a dual-zone living concept that allows passengers to move seamlessly between rest, work, dining and relaxation throughout extended journeys.

At the core of the suite is a dedicated lie-flat bed designed for genuine rest during long-haul flights. Adjacent to this, a wide reclining lounge seat supports multiple uses, complemented by a tracking tray table and integrated storage ottoman. The result is a flexible living space that adapts intuitively to passenger needs.

Privacy is central to the concept. Extended walls enclose the suite, creating a secluded environment that functions as a sanctuary in the sky. This sense of enclosure is paired with advanced functionality, including a 32-inch monitor for entertainment and productivity, a full-height 75-inch wardrobe, and integrated systems that maintain a clean and organised cabin environment.

A centralised control system allows passengers to manage lighting, seating positions, window shades, in-flight entertainment and connectivity with ease, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Each AeroSuite installation can be tailored to suit specific aircraft layouts, mission profiles and operator requirements, offering flexibility beyond standardised cabin solutions.

The AeroSuite is now certified and installed on two BBJ 787-9 aircraft, demonstrating Greenpoint Technologies’ capability to deliver fully customised, flight-ready interiors. For these installations, the company collaborated with Studio E/Motions on detailed design development and material selection, incorporating real wood veneer, genuine leather and hand-tufted carpets to achieve a residential level of craftsmanship.

By combining bespoke design with aviation-certified engineering, AeroSuite establishes a new benchmark in first-class travel, offering a refined, private environment where comfort, functionality and personalisation converge.
