Picchiotti Yachts has launched the Gentleman 24 m, a 24 metre motor yacht that inaugurates a renewed chapter for the historic Picchiotti brand by reinterpreting post-war yachting elegance through contemporary design and refined craftsmanship. As the first model of the revived Gentleman’s line under The Italian Sea Group, the yacht was conceived as a bridge between memory and modernity, translating Picchiotti’s heritage into a yacht designed for today’s way of life at sea.

The design, developed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture in collaboration with Picchiotti Centro Stile, draws inspiration from the golden age of post war yachting and iconic Picchiotti models such as the Giglio and Mistral series. Rather than replicating classic forms, the project reimagines their spirit through updated proportions, distinctive layouts and a modern approach to onboard living, preserving the values of elegant seamanship that have long defined the brand.

A defining feature of the Gentleman 24 m is its main deck configuration, which introduces a lateral passageway allowing movement from stern to bow. This uncommon solution for a yacht of this size enhances circulation and functionality while evoking the practical intelligence of traditional seagoing vessels, expressed through a fluid and contemporary spatial language. Externally, the yacht balances timeless harmony with softened modern forms, opening aft into a generous beach club and sea terrace that place guests in direct contact with the water.

The interiors follow a philosophy of restraint and balance. Spaces are designed to convey calm and continuity, where classical marine proportions meet modern fluidity. Noble woods, refined mahogany details and hand finished surfaces establish warmth and tactile richness, while generous glazing and Venetian style wooden blinds modulate natural light with discretion. Bespoke furniture and carefully selected textures create the atmosphere of an elegant residence at sea, supporting relaxed and authentic onboard living.

Ultimately, the Gentleman 24 m offers a compact yet characterful yacht for owners who value tradition without nostalgia. Guided by proportion, clarity and cultural coherence, the design achieves long term relevance, engaging its surroundings through openness, composure and a natural relationship with sea, light and horizon.
